The Google Chrome OS and the Google Chrome Laptop

On December 7, 2010 Google unveiled their very first laptop named Cr-48 with its own Chrome OS.  These laptops were colored black, no branding, no logos, no stickers, and distributed to a limited number of qualified hardware and software testers.

This OS is still under beta testing and only a few people will receive the Chrome OS and Chrome laptop Cr-48.  Expect though by mid 2011 that Acer and Samsung will lead the distribution of these netbooks for mass roll out.
