A mobile device, a cross between a smartphone and a netbook is a smartbook. An emerging computer category launched at CES 2010, Lenovo unveiled the Skylight smartbook.
Lenovo Skylight features a Linux operating system, 10-inch HD screen, ARM-based processor, Qualcomm’s 1GHz Snapdragon chipset, option of 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity. Basically for web activities, SkyLight will connect family and friends across cities or even countries. The snapdragon chipset can also be found on smartphones.
