You can also adjust the text sizes to avoid any eye strains. Because it is from Barnes and Noble, the bookstore is just at your fingertips. You can download ebooks, magazines, and sample contents for free. It has 3G and WiFi connectivity so you can download and browse covers in-store. It's built in capacity is 2GB and can also be expanded with a memory card.
It has full-color display and a touch screen. You can browse the titles by swiping the thumbnails of the coverpages or you can do a search using the on-screen keyboard. According to some the cover images take a little time to load but may speed up as the images get cached. There is also a lag during page turns.
